Returns & Exchanges
Unfortunately we do not except returns or exchanges at this time.
Please contact the correct delivery customer service provider (Either Canada Post or UPS) if damage occurs during transport/delivery. As we are not responsible for any damages that may arise after shipping.
What happens if my package gets held up at customs?
This is a rare event, but it can happen. Once the package has left our facility, it’s out of our control. Customs has the right to open your package and inspect it at any point. Although unlikely with our products, they also have the right to detain your package. Please contact the appropriate customs operations if this occurs.
What happens if I accidentally put in the wrong address?
We get it, it happens! Sometimes you mix up letters or numbers when putting in your address.
If this happens please send us a message ASAP. Unfortunately we cannot change any information on your shipment once a label has been generated. YOU are 100% responsible for ensuring all of your information is correct. So please make sure you double check before to purchase from us.
“Will I get my money back if I accidentally put the wrong information in and that package has already shipped?”.
Unfortunately no. As there’s nothing we can do once the package leaves our hands. However, if the recipient or a post office sends it back. In this situation, you’ll be refunded for the cost of your item and NOT the shippings fees.
How Long will it take for my order to arrive to me?
If you choose “Standard Shipping” at checkout, typically your package will arrive to you in 5-10 business days. In this case, your package will arrive via registered.
If you decide on “Express Shipping”, your order will arrive in 2-3 business days. This method will also allow you to track your package the whole way.
Due to seasons of snow and flooding, all shipping methods can be delayed. This is out of our control and there is no way for us to speed up shipping if this happens.
What currency are your promotions and sales advertised at?
Our brand is Canadian. So that means all our promotions and advertising will reflect that. All prices are in CAD currency. But depending on where you’re located, exact numbers are subject to change based on the daily exchange rate.
